Hi -
SubSequence was not marked as implementing java.io.Serializable. I will
fix this in CVS. If you can't wait for the update just changing one line
in your local code base should solve the problem.

I tried to wrap it around a VeiwSequence, but I still get a
java.io.NotSerializableException: org.biojava.bio.seq.SubSequence. Can
anyone help me out please?
