the java files to the appropriate location ( for now i just put everything under org.bioajva.bio.gui.sequence ) and rebuild
biojava. Then you can use the classes.

In time, and if people feel this approach is the right way to add support for displaying selection bars, i will fix this code
and put it in BJ.
