[Biojava-l] classpath

Hi, 

I’m sorry if this has been asked before. I added the .jar files to my $CLASSPATH
under linux and I still can’t compile my code; it doesn’t find the classes. The
path syntax is correct and the files are properly downloaded.

Any ideas?
