I have good experience with Wiki's in the past, for example for Jmol. I would like to point out that Jmol perfectly fits in to Wiki's systems, or at least 4 of them: http://wiki.jmol.org/JmolProcessor It's a great way to enhance Wiki's with live protein structures.
