Ok, I prefer to change my question. I would like to convert a Blast output in XML into a HTML file. In the BioJava website, I noticed this link : http://www.biojava.org/wiki/BioJava:Tutorial:Blast2HTML_Example_Application But, the two links in the introduction are not correct. So, is there any tutorial to convert a Blast XML into a HTML file ?
