I' m reading this mailinglist for quite a while and I often learned very
nice tricks on different stuff *G*
Now I have a little problem/question of my own:
Has anyone implemented the Zuker-Algorithm for RNA Folding so far? I
need a Java Version for a software project and due to the fact that all
of you are developing software I hope that I do not have to implement it
again in the case one of you have already done.
If someone can help me I would be very delighted,
