Hi, I have been trying to use biojava to parse some trees on nexus files and I have a small doubt: If there is a rooted tree, how can one know what is the root vertex in the weighted graph (JGraphT)? I understand that there is no root if the tree is unrooted, but in case it is rooted, how to determine the vertex?
