Hi Richard, great that you want to work on the translation. I don't think there is any part that is more important than others, so ideally you would cover it all... The BioJava 1.7 (legacy) cookbook has been translated into several languages, including simplified Chinese. Probably the best maintained translation is the one by Sylvain Foisy into French.
