In addition to a Black-capped Petrel found dead recently at Fort Erie,
Bob Curry informs me that two dead storm-petrels have been found as
follows:

Wilson's Storm-Petrel at Van Wagners Beach in Hamilton on Saturday (found
by Jack Hanna, Jim Heslop, John Olmsted and Bob Stamp) -- may or may not
be the live bird that was seen there five days earlier.

storm-petrel sp. in a driveway in Elgin County (I don't know the
specifics of this record).

So if any OntBirders are bored looking at hawks, a walk down your local
beach might turn up something much more interesting.
