Hi All! Today just before the noon hour, at the north end of campus at The University of Western Ontario, kind of kettling with a Turkey Vulture I saw a half a dozen Common Nighthawks. I had really thought the C. Nighthawk migration was over so go figure on this bunch. They seemed to be following Medway Creek to the Thames, headed south.
Also, it seemed like a lot of Monarchs were on the move today as well. Good birding, Ellen Smout London, Ont. Directions: Exit from 401 north at Wellington Road, London, to Pall Mall Street. Go left or west at Pall Mall to Richmond St. At Richmond go right or north to the entrance to the University of Western Ontario. Go left to enter the campus. Birds were seen over the river, from the bridge north to the University Hospital. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo!
