The weather of Oct.25,26 & 27 was not conducive for a significant raptor
migration along the lakefront east of MTA.
But, a 1-year BALD EAGLE may hang around for a few more days. Today, the
27th, he left his southeast wetland perch every 30 minutes to fly low arond
the marsh in front of the CMRW viewers.
A N.Goshawk, a Merlin, 2 Sharp-shinneds and 1 Red-tailed were the only hawks
over a period of 4 hours this AM.

Pine Siskins and Cedar Waxwings were seen above us several times.

Cranberry Marsh is at the foot of Hall's Rd. in southwest Whitby, accessed
south from Victoria St., 1 block east of Lakeridge.
