Perhaps Mike Street neglected to notify this bird that the Hawkwatch at Beamer park does not begin for a little more than two weeks.
Regardless, there it was at The Don Mills Centre at about 1:30pm (bird time) zooming about, frightening the passerine, and various other non-consuming creatures.
