Point Pelee Report for May 29 (Sunday) The Cattle Egret at Hillman Marsh (yesterday 5 PM) was not located this morning. However a Greater Yellowlegs was seen this morning. A Wilson's Snipe seen earlier this week was on the Main Road just North of DeLaurier at 7:20 AM. Resting on the Tip this morning were Sanderling, Ruddy Turnstone, Dunlin, and Black Tern. Yellow-billed Cuckoos have shown up in considerable numbers. A singing Canada Warbler was seen on Schuster's Trail. A Scarlet Tanager was seen at White Pine. The last scheduled spring bird hike is tomorrow at 8:30 AM.
