Weather:
Today was a clear and cloudless day with light to moderate west winds
becoming moderate southwest in the afternoon. 



Raptor Observations:
As yesterday the flight took some time to develop with some decent movement
in the late morning and early afternoon. Typical of southerly component
winds, much of the movement was to the north of the count area and tapered
off as the birds were gradually pushed further away.
