This morning (Oct. 18) I saw a Red Phalarope at Presqu'ile Provincial
Park. It was first at Beach 3 and later at Owen Point (11:30 a.m.).
Exit 509 from Hwy. 401 to reach Brighton, where there are signs to the
Park. Owen Point is in the south-west corner of the Park.
