Volunteer Marsh Monitoring Program Ambassadors Needed in Eastern Ontario

Are you passionate about the conservation of wetlands and their bird and
amphibian inhabitants?

Bird Studies Canada and the St. Lawrence River Institute of Environmental
Sciences are recruiting volunteer Ambassadors to help coordinate the Marsh
Monitoring Program (MMP) in Eastern Ontario. Ambassadors work closely with MMP
staff to increase local wetland monitoring activities and thereby improve
knowledge of the marsh bird and amphibian populations in their region.

MMP Ambassadors help to recruit, train, and mentor local MMP participants, and
promote the MMP to nature clubs and conservation organizations in their region.
