Much of the day overall saw an alternating series of cloudy and less cloudy intervals. Winds were light for the most part and variable. Raptor Observations: After a very slow start, the brightness at midday sparked a very good movement of birds dominated by Red-tailed Hawks as well a small push of TVs along with a smattering of other species. A partially albino Red-tail highlighted the passage. This activity tapered off quickly in the afternoon once heavier clouds moved into the area again. Non-raptor Observations: Three Sandhill Cranes were noted in migration. Also, a singing American Tree Sparrow added a bit of cheeriness to a mid-November day. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Calvin Brennan ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) SMRR- Lake Erie Metropark information may be found at: http://www.smrr.net/
