Very light winds and falling BP suggested a poor migratory raptor flight along the lakefront at Cranberry over the past 3 days. In spite of this it is great to have the support of so very many observers, visitors, bird-photographers. I shall close down the CMRW site on November 30.

On Nov.14 a juvenile BALD EAGLE raised the year's record total to 56; also 2 dark morph ROUGH-LEGGEDS came through; then, at 1230 and 1255 Rosemary Harris identified 2 GOLDEN EAGLES to the west of Hall's Rd.(she photographed one of them). Non-raptors for Nov.14--a warbler (possibly a Yellow) and a N.Shrike.

On Nov.15, among the "resident" raptors were 4 N.Harriers, 1 Cooper's Hawk and 3 Red-taileds. Migratory Hawks were few--a late Turkey Vulture among the 5 counted. We had good views of the still-hanging-in-there MOORHEN, along with 8 Cedar Waxwings, Red-breasted Nuthatch, PURPLE FINCH
