Visitors:
Four visitors from Toronto area visited in the afternoon along with their
hostess from Kingsville, ON.
Weather:
Winds today were light from the Northeast with cloudy conditions until mid
morning, then clearing with some haze. Clouds returned in the early
afternoon and the temperatures dropped as a front predicted to bring rain
to the region moved in.
Raptor Observations:
A good steady stream of raptors, predominately Red-tailed hawks, from 10
a.m. to mid afternoon. Highlights were a single Peregrine Falcon that
circled the tower several times, eight high flying Golden Eagles and a
single Rough-legged Hawk. Thank you to our spotters.
Non-raptor Observations:
A few flocks of crows passed the tower.
