Jean phoned again (12.54 p.m.). The Razorbill has flown toward Fort
Niagara on the American side of the Niagara River, and is being seen
by birders there. Jean and companions were going to the park in
Niagara-On-The-Lake (slightly upriver from the golf course) to try to
relocate the bird.

Subject: [Ontbirds]Razorbill at Niagara-On-The-Lake on 19 November 2006

Ontbirders:

Jean Iron just phoned (12.34 p.m.) and asked me to post the following
sighting. There is a Razorbill at the mouth of the Niagara River. Jean,
Willie D'Anna, Betsy Potter and Kevin McLaughlin were looking at it
from the golf course in Niagara-On-The-Lake. It was just to the left of a
green marker, on the Canadian side of the river.

The bird had been located earlier from the American side of the river
at Fort Niagara by a BOS trip.

Directions:

Niagara-On-The-Lake can be reached via the QEW and Highway 55.
