Glenda Slessor phoned to say that the Slaty-backed Gull was currently being seen on the breakwater wall at the last lookout to the river before Chippewa. I am not wholly familiar with the Niagara Parkway but wanted to get the word out. She said it was at the water intake. Apparently there are 60 - 70 birders down there now looking at it so if all else fails look for the masses.
