Hi All, A bit belated, but here is a report of earliest red-winged blackbirds heard in Aberfoyle, just south of Guelph, on the morning of Saturday March 8th. Quite late this year, I think.
Directions: go from Highway 401 north on County Road 46 to Wellington County Road 34, west on 34 to Concession 7, north on Concession 7 to a shrub thicket on the east side of the road about half-way to Maltby Road. Sarah Mainguy Aberfoyle, Ontario
