On my way home from work I decided to stop and check out the Mckenzie
Marsh at around 6pm.
Present were the following: 1 Great Egret, 5 GB Herons, 1 juv.BC Night
Heron, 12+ Caspian Terns,
14 DC Cormorants, 1 Belted Kingfisher, 2 Barn Swallows circling high
over the marsh, and 12+ peeps
which appeared to be Least Sandpipers
