After a wonderful 4-day break in Bala I was so happy to return to a great team of counters-observers at the Cranberry Marsh Raptor Watch--south from Victoria St. on Hall's Rd. in southwest Whtiby. The table below includes 621 migrating raptors observed from Sep.28 to Sep.30. Since then we have had only 18 over 3 days; but American Pipits, Snow Geese, Rusty Blackbirds and a few Warblers have kept the many observers and photographers who stay for at least 2 hours happy.
