Excuse my spelling and Grammar, I am Dyslexic thank you.

At 2:30 this afternoon my self and others watched 1 N. Gannet from the end of
the Oshawa Harbour pier flying west.

I then drove to Whitby Harbour wear at 2:55 I saw a N. Gannet (witch I am
assuming is the same bird ) fly west and by 3:00 out of sight .

So to answer the question from a birder put to Bev and I this morning (will at
the Oshawa Harbour ) , that a N. Gannet could fly from Cobourg to Oshawa in a
hour, that wood be "probly not"! (or no) it tuck 25 mints to fly 6 miles from
Oshawa Harbour to Whitby Harbour, Cobourg to Oshawa is 34 miles (ill levee the
math up to you all)

Great bird though!!

Direction:

In Oshawa take the Simcoe St. Exit (#417) south down to the
harbour.

Whitby Harbour Exit # 410 and south on Brock st to the harbour .
