Weather:
A beautifully sunny, cool, crisp morning with light ENE winds gave way to a
rather blustery overcast afternoon with biting winds out of the SE. Temps
ranged from a low of -5 to a high of 4C.

Raptor Observations:
A rather desultry day.

Non-raptor Observations:
Migrating non-raptors included Black-crowned Night Heron, Tundra Swans,
Brown Creepers, Eastern Bluebirds, Goldfinches.  Local birds notert were
Tree, Swamp,White-throated and White-crowned Sparrows, Juncos and
Chickadees.

Predictions:
West winds, cood temps and variable cloud with the chance of a few light
rain or snow showers.
