This afternoon there was a flock of about 30 Willets in the shorebird cell at Hillman Marsh C.A.

Hillman Marsh is located a few miles north of Point Pelee National Park. Incidentally the birding was very good at Pelee this morning. We saw Summer Tanager, both orioles, hundreds of Chipping Sparrows, Wood Thrush, Indigo Bunting, several Red-headed Woodpeckers, Warbling Vireo, Eastern Kingbird, and seven species of warbler. The east side of the tip was the most productive area.
