Mike I saw the male Eurasian Wigeon reported by Hans van der Zweep yesterday in Eastern Ontario. I saw it at 11:30 this morning (Thursday). It was in the exact spot where it was reported yesterday. There are lots of American Wigeons and Gadwall between most of the islands along the parkway so I wouldn't be surprised if it is in other spots nearby sometimes. Directions: Exit the 401 at Long Sault, go through town entering the Long Sault Parkway at the traffic lights.
