Weather:
A cloudy, blustery day with brisk Northwest winds and the temperature
hovering near 4C.  A few brief light snow showers.

Raptor Observations:
Not much of a movement today.  Highlighted by 5 Golden Eagles, 2 Peregrines
and 1 Merlin.

Non-raptor Observations:
Tundra swans were in evidence with a few small flocks winging over.  Not
much passerine movement.  The usual ducks on the pond.

Predictions:
Winds from the Northwest in the morning backing to Southwest by afternoon. 
Sunshine and warmer temps.
