Good day all

 Besides the 10 Raptor species including  N. Goshawks, Red-shouldered and 
Rough-legged Hawks, Peregrine Falcon and 10 Golden Eagles we had overhead 
including one adult Golden Eagle so low we thought we were in danger :>)) we 
also had the following birds as well as more common ones.

 These following birds were heading west 12,000 Common Grackles, and 3,000 
Red-winged Blackbirds Wed morning, 350 A. Robins, 66 E. Bluebirds both days 
with 11 of these beautiful birds spending over an hour beside The Hill some 
with in 10 feet of us, 65 White-winged Crossbills, 25 Common Redpolls, 25+ Pine 
Siskins, American Pipits,100+ Cedar Waxwings, 60+ House Finches, Yellow-rumped 
Warblers, Common Loons, A. Tree Sparrows, and Horned Larks. WE also had Purple 
Fiches in the trees beside The Hill.

High Park is located in the west end of Toronto and is bounded on the south by 
The Queensway, the north by Bloor Street and on the east by Parkside Drive.

To reach High Park you can take the TTC Subway to the High Park Station or the 
Queen Street Streetcar #501 to either the Parkside Drive or the Colborne Lodge 
Drive streetcar stops or you may drive in from High Park Avenue at the north 
end of the park.

Hawk Hill is east of or right beside the Grenedier Restaurant (about halfway 
into the park) which is south of the soccer field.
