Friday the 13th was a Lucky day 5 Tundra Swans , 3 in a field at county rd 42 and Manning area and 2 on the fly on concession 14 around the Allbuna town line in Essex County , extremely large Red Tailed Hawk in Wheatley at the 14th and the Town Line (largest Red Tail I have ever seen)

Also the Great Backyard Bird Count http://www.birdsource.org/gbbc/ started Friday but there were some problems with their mail system so a lot of the regulars did not get notified

Spotted Towhee is still at Pelee as of 0830 this morning same area behind tram stop at the 42nd sign
