Hello Birders, The Ruff was still present this morning at 10:45am north of Oakville on Brittannia and 8th line. I got a 10-15 min. look through my scope before it flew north with about 10 Lesser Sandpipers because it was startled by a Northern Harrier flying over 8th line.
