Visitors:
A total of 15 visitors to the Tower today including, among others, Tom
Hince, Olga and Roland Klekner, Richard Guillet, and Claude and Nina

exceedingly distant Broadwing kettles. Thanks all for the extra eyes on
such a bright and sunny day.

South-southwest winds at 1 to 7 mph. Favorable northerly winds ceased early
with an onshore flow in place midday on. Temps. ranged from a mild 17.7 to
a hot 28C.

Best Broadwing flight to date this season with 4 kettles within range of
sight (undoubtedly many beyond) to the North totaling 870 individuals. Best
Kestrel flight to date this season with a total of 75 (29 in 900-1000
hour). Very slow over last 3 hours.
