I thank Geoff Carpentier for putting in 3 afternoon hours at the CMRW on this 
rainy Oct.28 day.

He managed to identify the following migrants among raptors-- juvenile BALD 
EAGLE, 
COOPER'S HAWK, RED-TAILED HAWK and a dark morph ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK.

Highlights among non-raptors-- 11 BLACK-BELLIED PLOVERS, AMERICAN BITTERN,
FOX SPARROW, AM.TREE SPARROW, EASTERN TOWHEE, RUSTY BLACKBIRD.

Hall's Rd. runs south from Victoria St. in sw Whitby-- travel to the second 
roadside parking area.
