Weather: Thick fog early on gradually diminishing throughout the AM, otherwise overcast skies becoming partly cloudy by mid-PM. East wind at 1 to 10 mph. Temps. ranged from 4.8 to a high of 10.8 C. Visibility was greatly reduced by fog in the AM, but improved considerably by noon. Raptor Observations: A very slow trickle of raptors throughout the day. Non-raptor Observations: Tundra Swan- 52, Belted Kingfisher- 1 (first this Nov), Am. Goldfinch- 120. Predictions: Mix of clouds and sun early followed by cloudy skies in the PM. East-southeast wind at 5 to 10 mph.
