Today, Nov.28---medium NWwinds, rising BP, overcast sky, good thermals
brought
19 migrating raptors--14 Red-taileds, 1 N.Harrier, 2 Sharp-shinneds, 1
N.GOSHAWK
and 1 Cooper's hawk.
----SEE TABLE BELOW for the migrating raptors to date. We shall close down
the formal aspects of CMRW on Mon., Nov.30.
----NON-RAPTORS-- FOX SPARROW, SWAMP SPARROW, 2 N.SHRIKE,
SONG SPARROW and
many high-flying COMMON LOONS--indeed, we counted 14 in one hour;
and at least 12 SNOW GEESE, 1 of which was a BLUE-SNOW.
