Fortunately it was the hour with the Eagles. Weather: A beautiful day for the end of November with clear skies, 5 - 7 C temperatures, and light winds, unfortunately the winds were out of the SW or SSW. Raptor Observations: 5 birds total with 2 Bald Eagles, 1 Sharp-shinned Hawk and 2 Red-tailed Hawks. Non-raptor Observations: There was at least some passerine and other migration today including: 3 Great Blue Heron; 18 Tundra Swan; 2 Northern Flicker; 3 Brown Creeper; 3 Cedar Waxwing; 12 American Crow; 16 Common Grackle; 116 Eurasian Starling; 29 Red-winged Blackbird; 38 American Goldfinch; and 4 flocks of mixed Blackbirds with 140 birds.
