30 Bohemian Waxwings were seen on Sat urday Dec 5th at 3 PM on Highway 7
about 1 km west of Havelock.
Directions: Havelock is 40 km east of Peterborough on Highway 7. The
sighting was near a Montessori School about 1 km west of Havelock. The
school is a longish low building on the north side and has a portable sign
advertising it as a Montessori School. There are few buildings on this
section of the highway, so the school easier to find. Highway 7 can be busy,
but there are wide shoulders on both sides of the road.
