This afternoon at around 5:30 pm, I spotted a juvenile *Bald Eagle* flying over Lake Wilcox, from the west end of the lake at the mouth of the channel. The eagle grabbed a fish and then headed east as it was being pursued by a couple of Red-Winged Blackbirds who eventually drove it away from the lake. This was a nice surprise in addition to two *Osprey* fishing and two *Common Loons* (whom were calling).

Closest major intersection to the east end of the lake is Stouffville Road and Bayview Ave. Drive north on Bayview and turn left onto Bethesda Side Rd.
