A Purple Sandpiper, found by Simone Merey and Anne Tesluk at 11.30am today, Sunday November 7, is on the algae in the extreme SW corner of Cobourg harbour, feeding with a single Dunlin.
Directions: From Hwy.401 go south on Division Street, Exit 474, to the harbour. Drive round the harbour to the (free)parking lot on the west side and walk out on the west headland.
