Weather: Partly cloudy with S winds 14-16 km/hr gusting to 20 and a high of 10C. Raptor Observations: Only 8: 2 each Turkey Vultures, Red-tailed and Cooper's Hawks, plus singles of N. Harrier and a distant (juv.) Golden Eagle that appeared out over the NW end of the marsh at 11:28. Non-raptor Observations: A fair number of passerines were on the move including 59 Am. Goldfinches, 75 Horned Larks, 69 Am. Pipits, and a single flock of 200 Snow Buntings. Also notable were 6 fly-over Tundra Swans and 2 Pine Siskins. Predictions: Mostly sunny and cold with NW winds 10 km/hr and a high of 7C.
