On Saturday, there were at least two pairs of surf scoters off the beach at the
very first very small parking lot from the entrance booths at Point Pelee,
amongst a large raft of just about everything else.

There was also my first blue winged teal in the first "pond" along the south
path from the frontier cabin about two thirds of the way to the tip of Point
Pelee.

Several brown creepers and a few chipping sparrows were on this pathway as
well, and I may have heard an Oriole.

Point Pelee is about ten minutes east of Leamington Ontario.
