Weather:
Much cooler today with temperatures only reaching 17 C.  Cloudy all day
made for nice hawkwatching skies, and fairly strong winds out of the
north/northwest at 12-20 km/hr pushed birds toward the coast.

Raptor Observations:
The best day so far for the 2011 count.  Nice showing by American Kestrels,
Sharp-shinned Hawks, and Northern Harriers.  

Non-raptor Observations:
Highlights today were 3 Common Loons, 2 Common Nighthawks, 364 American
Goldfinches, and 587 Cedar Waxwings.
