Weather:
Mild temperatures again today ranged from 12-18 C.  Heavy clouds early gave
way to scattered clouds as the afternoon wore on.  Fairly strong winds out
of the north/northeast today.

Raptor Observations:
Another nice day of migration.  Flight was again dominated by Sharp-shinned
Hawks, American Kestrels, and Northern Harriers.  The first Broad-winged
Hawks of the season passed by today.

Non-raptor Observations:
