My posting earlier today reported a "winter plumage" Short-billed Dowitcher. My notes & comparison with shorebird reference guides indicate that I should have described it as a juvenile (probably "griseus"). Apologies for the confusion & thanks to Josh Vandermeulen for his helpful clarification.
