Weather: Another bright blue sky day today. Warm temperatures ranged from 12-21 C. Light winds out of the south/southeast. Hazy in the morning and late afternoon. Raptor Observations: A fun and challenging day of raptor migration. Birds were again high and far. Today was the first day of any notion of Buteo migration, with fair numbers of Red-tailed Hawks and Red-shouldered Hawks on the move. In addition, five Golden Eagles went past.
