Observation start time: 08:00:00
Observation end time: 11:45:00
Total observation time: 3.25 hours

Official Counter: Jonathan Stein

Observers: Andrew Sturgess, Patrick Mulawa, Rodney Laura

Visitors:
Not a soul.

Weather:
It began to rain right when we arrived, shutting down the count for a half
hour. Then, it began to rain again around 1 pm, this time harder, shutting
down the count for good. The wind was light and predominantly out of the
southwest, briefly shifting to the southeast at one point.

Raptor Observations:
There was little activity between rain showers. Nice looks at two subadult
bald eagles were the highlights.

Non-raptor Observations:
A small number of common redpolls were heard passing overhead. Also, a
single american tree sparrow was flitting around in the trees at our back.

Predictions:
Mostly sunny in the morning and partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs in the
low 60s. Winds will be light and variable in the morning and then
strengthen and turn south in the afternoon. Sounds like pretty pleasant
November weather. Whether that translates into a decent flight is anybody's
guess.
