Sunday afternoon, Corinne & I found the Orange-crowned warbler in the conifers close to the entrance to the park. To the East? (towards the marina) there were 6 Cackling Geese among the numerous birds in the small bay between the park and the docks.
On the ice were a Lesser black-backed Gull & 2/3 Glaucous; we also came across Kestrel & Mockingbird in the park. I hesitate to provide directions to Bayfront Park as we got quite lost following previous Ontbirds postings; the following may be of help, but I strongly suggest a good map or GPS http://amateurastronomy.org/sites/hamilton_bayfront/Bayfront.html _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
