There was a large flock of Common and Red Breasted Mergansers in the river and 
harbour at Port Dover this morning.  Also, there is a pair of Hooded Merganzers 
up the river just past the museum.  Lots of Mallards as usual, a few Canada 
Geese and Ring Billed Gulls were present as well.
