OFO Field Trip- Durham Region lakeshore marshes

This year we spent most of our time looking at shorebirds in 6 lakeshore
marshes between Oshawa and Pickering. All of them have excellent shorebird
habitat. Songbird migration was slow. We only found 1 flock of warblers.
Butterflies- 16 species.
The best ones were a pair of Harvesters.
